We have been involved in tour guiding and sharing our passion for Oaxacan gastronomy for nearly 30 years now. Toni Sobel, tour guide extraordinaire, started guiding visitors in the 1980s, and today we are keeping her legacy alive alongside our father. We acquired the skills of tour guiding, and the craft of "cultural brokerage", by toddling behind our mother and father, as they would share with people their passion for Oaxacan life, art and history. Now, having acquired professional training, we are glad to share our passion with you too.
